Projects

ABC Civil Group has completed both minor and major projects throughout Australia. These projects ranged in size from customer connect through to major backbone builds, successfully bringing these in on time and on budget.

Minnamurra

In 2010/2011, Australian Broadband Company working in conjunction with Transfield Services, successfully completed the National Broadband Network Project First Release Site - Stage 1 - Minnamurra, NSW.

As one of the major sub contactors engaged on site, as well as providing expertise in the area of specialised Trenchless technology and Non Destruct Digging, ABC were responsible for providing a timely and efficient works program from the location of services and installation of pits to the laying and hauling of fibre optic cables, splicing and eventual testing of fibre as well as the reinstatement of asphalt, roadways, driveways and grass to the satisfaction of the Kiama Council.

With a heavy influence on minimal Environmental and Community impact, ABC provided waste removal in the form of a Triflow Recycling Pant and was integral in assisting in the redesign of the project.
